摘要(Abstract)：

骨与软组织肿瘤的诊断是一个多中心的复杂过程,病理学检查是诊断的金标准。术前活检能够明确骨与软组织肿瘤的诊断,指导进一步最终确定手术方式、是否放化疗和判断患者预后。现在常用的活检方式有切开活检、经皮穿刺活检(包括细针穿刺活检和空芯针穿刺活检),当前文献没有明确推荐的首选活检方式。本文将三种活检方式进行综述,供临床参考。
