42例胫骨Pilon骨折的手术治疗及随访Surgical Treatment and Follow-up of 42 Cases of Pilon Fracture of the Distal Tibia

摘要(Abstract)：
目的评价切开复位内固定对胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗效果。方法手术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ型胫骨Pilon骨折42例,采用Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统评分并进行了8～65个月(平均32.5个月)的随访和回顾性分析。结果优15例,良19例,可5例,差3例。优良率达80.95%。结论Ⅱ、Ⅲ型胫骨Pilon骨折应进行手术治疗和有限内固定。
