脊髓栓系综合征病因的研究进展The etiology of tethered cord syndrome: a current literature review

摘要(Abstract)：
脊髓圆锥受到牵拉导致脊髓栓系综合征的理论已经存在数十年,但随着近几年的研究,表明脊髓栓系综合征并不只存在脊髓圆锥的牵拉损伤,还包括马尾神经和周围神经根的牵拉损伤,其病因的研究也就成为热点,目前研究表明其病因主要包括基因和染色体的异常、胚胎发育的异常、后天原因等。
