骨质疏松性椎体骨折PVP/PKP术后新发骨折的相关因素Related factors in new vertebral fractures after vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures:a review

摘要(Abstract):
骨质疏松性椎体骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression,OVCF)为临床上常见疾病,目前关于OVCF的治疗有保守治疗、椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)、椎体后凸成形术(percutaneons kyphoplasty,PKP)等。但经治疗后患者出现其他椎体骨折的发生率较高,且引起的的原因目前颇有争议。作者根据近年来国内外报道的关于OVCF行PVP或PKP术后新发椎体骨折的流行病学特点、原因等做一综述,为临床治疗提供一定的参考。
