股骨粗隆间骨折三种内固定治疗方法疗效比较The therapeutic effect comparison of three kinds of internal fixation methods for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]通过对粗隆间骨折加压滑动鹅头钉、锁定钢板和髓内钉治疗方法的比较,选择合适的手术治疗方法。[方法]对2003年5月～2011年9月本科收治的265例粗隆间骨折手术患者进行回顾性分析,其中加压滑动鹅头钉组87例,锁定钢板组113例,髓内钉组65例。[结果]265例均获随访,时间16～36个月,平均24个月,优良率:加压滑动鹅头钉组91.9%,锁定钢板组94.7%,髓内钉组90.7%,术后Harris评分比较有统计学意义(P=0.000)。[结论]3种治疗方法以锁定钢板效果最佳,但各有优缺点,临床上应根据年龄、体质及骨折类型选择合适的治疗方法。
