摘要(Abstract)：
<正>颈椎病的分型,除了颈型、神经根型、脊髓型、交感神经型和椎动脉型外,还有一些特殊类型的颈椎病称为其他型颈椎病,食管型颈椎病就是其中之一。年龄在65岁以上的老年人中,75%以上有不同程度的颈椎退行性变~([1]),而20%~30%的老年人会出现颈椎前缘骨质增生~([2]),骨赘向前压迫食管,形成食管型颈椎病。严重的食管型颈椎病可以出现吞咽困难、发
