髋关节镜下治疗髋臼盂唇钙化性疾病

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨髋关节镜微创技术治疗髋关节盂唇钙化性疾病的临床疗效。[方法]共有6例患者入选本研究,入选病例术前均经X线片、CT、MRI诊断为髋关节盂唇部钙化。[结果] 6例患者均得到全程随访,术前患髋平均ɑ角(56.24±10.76)°,5例ɑ角>55°。术后髋关节功能改善明显,生活质量明显提高,术后6个月,患者VAS评分由术前平均(7.62±1.21)分降低到平均(1.83±1.12)分(P<0.05),Harris评分由术前(63.32±12.04)分增加到(86.16±8.47)分(P<0.05)。[结论]髋关节盂唇钙化极其罕见,病因未明,无特异性症状及体征,髋关节镜可通过微创治疗的方式,彻底清理病灶,缝合盂唇,有效提高患者生活质量。
