摘要(Abstract):
脊神经前、后根的解剖结构和生理功能并不与脊神经完全相同。后根损伤除了导致感觉传导受损,还间接影响肌肉运动和协调功能的完整性。后根损伤后的病理生理变化复杂、再生机制尚不完全清楚,各种修复和功能重建方法均处于实验阶段,其临床应用尚值得进一步研究。
