伤椎置钉治疗单节段胸腰段椎体骨折的临床疗效

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨经伤椎置钉内固定技术治疗单节段胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。[方法]将本院收治的94例胸腰椎骨折患者进行回顾性分析,伤椎椎弓根置钉内固定组49例,跨伤椎椎弓根置钉内固定组45例。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、椎体前缘高度比、Cobb角及内固定失败率等临床指标。[结果]两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、引流量及内固定失败率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组椎体前缘高度比及Cobb角无明显差异;术后随访18个月,末次随访伤椎置钉组椎体前缘高度比、Cobb角均优于跨椎置钉组(P
