摘要(Abstract)：

<正>足底跖腱膜炎是跟痛症最常见的原因,占全部跟痛症患者的80%[1]。足底跖腱膜炎以跟骨结节内下侧疼痛和压痛为主要特征。在早期的文献中,足底跖腱膜炎通常也被称为足底跖筋膜炎,足底跖腱膜炎病因是由于长时间站立或行走引起的足底跖腱膜生物力学过度使用,有学者把这种情况称作"足底跖腱膜病",这意味着其病因是跖腱膜慢性退行性改变而不止是一种炎症。关于足底跖腱膜炎的国内报道较少,骨科医生对此病的认识程度还不够深入,因此,本文对此病作一综述。
