机器人在脊柱外科手术的研究与应用进展Advances in research and application of robotic systems in spinal surgery

摘要(Abstract):
机器人辅助脊柱手术技术日益成熟,是脊柱外科应用的发展趋势,与远程控制相结合,可在具有一定水平的医院实施远程手术治疗。机器人辅助脊柱外科手术,具有精准度高、X线辐照剂量低、医源性损伤小,并同时降低相关手术风险等优点,但仍存在缺乏触觉反馈、目前尚无法进行复杂操作等缺点。本文介绍目前国内外主要的脊柱机器人产品特点,基本应情况,概述机器人的优缺点。为临床医生提供参考。
